Most of us want to learn of Commercial properties that are available and desire for others to know about our properties. Therefore, we need a venue for Commercial Real Estate group members and potential buyers to quickly find out about available properties.
We already have a great facility via Localism.com whereby we can post listings by location.
Posting listings to the Commercial Real Estate group can result in the group posts looking like spam and that are often of interest to at best a very few members for each occurrence.
For those that want to be able to have a place for posting and quickly identifying Commercial listings, here's a new group created just for that purpose:
Commercial Sales or Leasing - Property and/or Business
I've posted a few of my listings just to get it started.
(BTW, I'm open to renaming suggestions or adjustments to it's focus.)

Thank you for being part of the Commerical Real Estate group. There is a lot of experience and knowledge within this group. I invite you to take advantage of it.
We have started the separate group (see link in article) for posting Commercial Sales or Leasing listings, whether properties or business, so it's easier to find and does not get lost in the regular postings.
